No matter if you are an internet affiliate or network marketer you need an auto responder to keep your organization moving. People actually grow stale or lose interest in the business if there is a lack of communication from you their leader.
As a leader your job is to keep their interest and motivate them to keep working, especially if your income depends on their work ethics. What you can do is to load your auto responder with some great positive messages, quotes, or sayings or writings from some of the greats. I like to use old quotes from famous people like Napoleon Hill, Thomas Edison etc. You can find some great stuff just by going to Google and doing a search on them.
Another item you may want to add is information or news about your specific niche or company, people love updates and to be kept in the loop. Maybe your company has forum where you can invite them to join and get updated daily. Your down line would like to know what you are up to, give them a weekly report on your progress or thoughts on how your week went, it could be just a little statement about a conversation you had with an interesting prospect.
One thing for sure is you want to use your auto responder to train your people. Most people have no idea what to do once they join. Now some companies offer great information about building the business, but as a leader you should take the bull by the horns and assume the responsibility, after all it's your income at stake.
Sending out some great marketing tips would be one way of keeping people excited and interested in the business. Plus use your auto responder to do a broadcast now and then, maybe to recognize your leaders, people who have excelled or had a record week or month in sales. Make sure you always recognize your high achievers.
One thing for sure failing to communicate with your down line members is a sure way to disaster. When people are out of the loop they feel rejected and lost. After a few months they move on to the next program, hoping to get guidance and help.
I found out years ago, the money is NOT in the list, it's in the relationship you have with your list. Remember that in your daily marketing adventures.
